• Yes if you get a Tablet with LTE 4 in it.That's from your wireless carrier(sprint,at&t,Verizon)..Otherwise to get it anyplace anywhere . you need to use public/home Wi-Fi connections..Which most all tablets have these days..

• If places have wifi or I believe you can purchase a plan through sprint to have internet all the time but when you start to purchase just ask the sales rep and they should be able to tell you for sure

• If you purchase a data plan for it, you will be able to get internet service depending on the network coverage.
