• There is a cool down application for that, go into play store. It really works

• I would think that would be the lithium battery. You probably should have that checked out.

• You might be blocking the air vents that allow for the circulation of air and cooling of your tablet.

• You might have over charger your battery or even surged your tablet take it in to Geek Squad
