Questioni am buying for my parents,they are in their 80,s i assume this would be one they could operate

- Answer I would not recommend the 8 GB version for your parents. The device is easy to use. However, the version of Android that it comes with really wants to install all the apps in main storage. Even if you put a 32 GB card in it, the apps are all going to get stored in the 8 GB that came with the device. If your parents aren't the least bit technical, if they find apps that they like they will easily fill the 8 GB, which will eventually get very frustrating for them. I recommend you get a tablet that has a minimum of 16 GB, or comes with Android Marshmallow (which allows for installation on external media). I rooted my tablet to handle this drawback (and even then it's a pain as the Galaxy Tab 4 doesn't keep the settings through power cycles and I have to keep it charged or put the icons back on the desktop all the time).

- Answer Factory reset for this tablet is under General, then Settings, click on Personal Data then click on Factory Data Reset.

- Answer You can use a case opener or other small prying tool. You can also try using a fingernail at the upper right corner to pry it open.

QuestionGoogle Play Music with many GB of musicDoes anyone have experience with Google Play Music on the Galaxy Tab 4 in which you have several GB of music downloaded (ie the music provided by Google Play Music, not your own music files)? I've had problems with other music providers on other tablets, so I want to see if anyone has experience with this app on this tablet.

- Answer The camera does take very good photos, not professional quality, but great for Facebook posts, sending to family, etc. They are good enough quality to get small prints made.

QuestionI need some basic advice?Have never owned tablet...been looking at this? My phone is htc 2011? with android system which is easy to relate. May be some silly ?'s but, can i use this out and about without other internet? can i use phone to connect it for this tablet? I am not looking for anything super fancy, nor does the camera need to be awesome. Would this be a level 1-basic tablet to purchase for just everyday type stuff? Or if anyone has better ideas-different brand etc., I would be so grateful. Also, being 1st tab purchase i don't wish to spend much. Thanks!

- Answer You have to have wireless access to use internet on it when your out and about, but that's the case with any of them, unless you have a wireless card. It's probably Samsung's more entry level model I have, but definitely worth the money, you'll be wasting money on any other brand in my opinion, I did! I'm a huge samsung fan, even though I tried the lg first, but I think you'll be happy with any Samsung tab

- Answer It will run it, but with difficulty. Smaller games it runs just fine, but for labor intensive graphic games, I would not recommend it.

QuestionIs it Compatible with my Samsung Gear S2 Smartwatch for app downloading purposes?I have a Gear S2 Smartwatch by samsung that I am currently using without a phone. The watch has full 4g capabilities such as call and text etc but I wanted to download some things to it to be able to use the gps and other things. This is a cheaper alternative than getting my phone fixed until my insurance kicks in again. has anyone tried pairing the two together?
