Well you can sync them via the USB cable included with the tablet or you can sync them to Google Cloud and then set your tablet up to your Google account and it should sync it by itself.

connect your tablet via its charge port, USB) to the computer. The computer will auto load the required drivers. The computer sees the tablet as another drive. Look in "My Computer" or "Exploerer. You can transfer data back and forth just like a Memory stick, usb drive, etc

You just need to plug the usb charger cable that came with it into you laptop/computer, then into your tablet. Allow it time to sync then transfer what you want. Depending on the size of your table 8gb, 16gb, or 32 your limited to the amount that's transferable.

When you connect it via a usb cable ,It comes up as a extra hard drive on your computer in windows explorer. Then copy from or it , just as copying to any other hard drive in your computer.
