Netflix offers support. I had to use that with my iPad. I had no problem with my Samsung phone. 1 (866) 579-7172
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried uinstalling and reinstalling the app itself? Or you could try a factory reset of the tablet and then download netflix again. It's a pain, but maybe something with the tablet isn't working correctly. If you just updated the app you can also try to just uninstall the updates. If none of these things work than maybe you have a bad wifi antenna. Can you connect to other streaming sites like Hulu Plus ot an app like CBS or ABC?
