You want a tablet. An iPod is for music only. The brand you get would be dependent n if you prefer the Apple iPad or tablets that use the Android operating system. If you prefer Apple products, you'd want one of the new iPads. I personally can't stand Apple products, so I use a Samsung Galaxy A 10.1" tablet. It's got 16GB storage, and an octo-core processor. It has plenty of power to watch TV, listen to music, play games, and comes with YouTube and Google Chrome already added.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you mean iPad, not iPod. Both devices can get the job done based on your listed use requirements. The significant difference between the 2 are the operating systems they run on. I've had both but I'm a Samsung fanboy (former Apple fan boy) currently. It's a matter of preference and how deep your pockets are. If you are on a budget, there are low cost android based tablets under $100 that can do what you need. The Android operating system can be found on many different brand tablets such as LG, Lenovo, Asus and Samsung. The iPad is only made by Apple. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same thing, just Apple's name for a tablet. I like Samsung products for easy to use items and good pricing. Android has 100s of choices where you have a few with Apple. Use Best Buy's "compare" feature on the website to differences.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Really depends on your budget. iPads seem to last longer...ie 3 years. While tablets crash in 18 months typically.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The one I own is a galaxy A tablet. I watch movies and use streaming apps and email. I am only able to down load a few movies at a time but I think with an SD card you can save more. Like you I'm technically challenged. An Ipod plays music.
