• this is not a cell phone so no it doesn't but it has a place for memory card

• No. This is a tablet not a phone and can only connect to the internet by wi-fi. It can't connect to a cellular network where SIM is used. Look for a (more expensive) tablet that has 4G LTE and can connect to a cellular network.

• This isn't a phone, it's a tablet, and no, it doesn't have a SIM card slot as it doesn't have cellular connectivity only WIFi.
