• No, there is no Hdmi but you can connect to your tv wireless by quick connect option.

• Yes. However, if you have a Smart TV which would have Wi-Fi you could connect to the TV using the built in screen mirroring or screen cast which is a much better way to watch something on the TV coming from the tablet.
