• Yes, is free..all u have to do is create an account with microsoft to get all the features tbat come with those apps. Otherwise u wont get things like being able to edit documents and share and more...just sign up and u done.

• Yes, as far as I know... The basic version is on it. For additional features you have to buy a subscription.
