Yes, and it works pretty well. I've played with it a bit, and I've been able to do some things that I could not do on a regular computer. It doesn't come with great drawing apps; at least, I didn't think so, but there are a lot of apps available to download, and you can access other software from Samsung's store. I just hadn't set that up yet, to be honest, and wanted to play with some other things. I have been missing about with autodesk sketchbook (which is a free download for the basic program) and it's a lot of fun.

You just use the pen it came with and change the type of pen and color from your screen choices. If you have other programs you would like to load to the computer you can do that also. You can add a micro SD card for more storage. Hope this helps.
