Does this tablet have dual screen? null

Yeah all of the Samsung tablets and cell phones have split screen capability so they can run two apps visible at the same time just by pressing and holding the multi window button down (which is to the left of the home) until the split screen options come up on the screen

Yes you can split the screen but not all programs will allow you to do so. Almost all the Samsung apps will.
