There are a variety of apps on the Play store that can help identify apps that are movable to SD. I use the free version of AppMgrIII, but there are others, both free and paid. It's not an automatic process, and when an app is updated, you usually have to move it again, but it's easier than hunting the application manager and trying to identify what can be moved manually.
