• A:Answer It's a tablet - no attached keyboard. So, yes, the way it works is to touch / drag on the screen. If data entry is needed - a part of the screen changes to a keyboard. I did purchase a separate Bluetooth keyboard for more intense data entry.

• A:Answer If you have the google application installed on the tablet, you should be able to have google maps. Please keep in mind that you need the internet. So if you have a hot spot (jetpack/wireless) to bring with you in the car, or use your phone as a 'Mobile Hotspot' you can use the google maps app.
