A:Answer1) Yes. Samsung keyboard has swipe to type mode. You just have to make sure you configure it in the setting if it doesn't work.
2) This has Wifi so basically you can connect to wifi networks regardless what the sources are.
If you are using this to browse or watch movie, you will love this especially its slim bezel and affordable price. Lags are very evident though when you open too many applications.
