Thanks I know that this tablet comes with Microsoft Word pre-installed so I was hoping that it had a USB port to save my documents for when I'm "on the run" but it doesn't. You can buy the "Samsung - Galaxy Micro-USB-to-USB Adapter - White Model: EPL-AU10WEGXAR SKU: 1688641" from Best Buy to use with the Tab A to connect a USB thumb drive to copy to/from the tablet. It isn't specified to work with the Tab A, but it does work as I've used it for my Tab A, Tab 4, and Galaxy S5 Active just fine with USB thumb drives.

Please try again later.You could put your files on OneDrive to have them on all your devices, or you could take off the part of the AC Adapter that goes into your wall so that you have the part that goes into the tablet and a new USB Cable to connect to your PC. Go into the tablet's files and look for your saved document(s) and copy them onto your PC Hard Disk Drive. Hope this helps!
