This tablet runs android. It does not run Windows OS. You can get the Matlab mobile app for the tablet.

This is an Android tablet. Unless the application is compatible with the android version on the tablet, it will not work. You would have to go with a surface tablet that runs WIndows 10. You should check with the software vendor and evaluate what windows versions they support. They would probably make a Windows Tablet recommendation to you as well.
