• It's a little complicated to explain, but the simple answer is; that a laptop is very simliar to a PC while a tablet is simliar to a cell phone. A laptop can perform the basic functions of standatd PC but it cannot make phone calls or download apps like a cell phone...Hope this helps...

• I find a tablet is so much easier as it isn't so bulky as a tablet
