• You cannot add iTunes to your android, but you can import all your iTunes music into Google Music so none of you music gets lost.

• As of right now, there is no "iTunes" app created by Apple for the android devices. There are however apps to sync to android, through windows pc. Just go to your app store on your Android device and search for itunes, the first couple are free . I would recommend reading the reviews and comments before you use it to see if it does what it says it's going to do.
