• This tablet runs android. It does not run Windows OS. You can get the Matlab mobile app for the tablet.

• This is an Android tablet. Unless the application is compatible with the android version on the tablet, it will not work. You would have to go with a surface tablet that runs WIndows 10. You should check with the software vendor and evaluate what windows versions they support. They would probably make a Windows Tablet recommendation to you as well.
