• I bought this in the USA for my husband and we live in Egypt. We haven't had any problems over here. I would think there wouldn't be a problem in the UK.

• Languages can be set in the beginning when you first power on your tablet, or at a later point in time via the settings menu.

• It sure can, it is powered by them same type of USB charger as a Samsung cell phone.

• I believe you can buy an adapter to use it the UK. Check with Samsungs website to be sure.
