Would this for the Samsung Galaxy tab A 2017? null

No it does not fit so I modified it to fit with some foam that came with cover and some velcro.

I was wondering the same. I looked up the difference in their sizes, Tab A 2017 has an 8-inch screen and A7 has a 10.4 inch screen. I don't think this is for Tab A 2017.
