A:AnswerSorry, I'm really not sure to be honest. It only has wi-fi, so I think you could do wi-fi calling and texting if you do it over wi-fi. I think Samsung sells another Galaxy Tab that is data or cell capable as well as wi-fi but I don't believe it is this one.
A:Answerubreakifix does a pretty good job with android phones and says they fix samsung tablets. I guess it depends on what is broke, if its the screen they certainly can.

A:AnswerPictures and files yes. If you know how to do it. You can pull everything off the tablet and put it in the computer and then transfer it over to the samsung. Best buy also does it for you if you have the total tech, if not pay a fee to do it at geek squad.
