• Yes. Probably also true of every single tablet manufactured in the last few years.

• Should work anywhere, even on Pluto, though GPS would be dysfunctional on Pluto, as would Google Maps, and you might need a really good heater, considering the temperature difference.. You also might need a different charger or adapter (I don't know the electricity grid in other countries) in Mexico.
