“I would purchase just for simple tasks such as E-Mails, paying bills on-line, surfing web. Not for use in watching movies, taking photos, gaming. Would you recommend(?) using as back up for desk top. First time tablet user. Thank you in advance.”

It really does everything a desktop can do if you have a wifi capabell printer it would be fine to supplement it. I still use both as the memory on y desktop is higher.
