• Is it new? If it is new then after a charge then try again to turn it on. Make sure you are pressing the right button. Press the button release and wait. I bought 3 but I did not get any issue about on or off any of them.

• Hold the power on button down until the power up screen comes on. Yours might be completely turned off and needs to be booted up
