• A:Answer No get a glass protector what it will do is protect the tablet from damage protect it from accidentally dropping it but there are limitations but i do rate it 5 stars invaluable item ive dropped it several times not only did it protect it from destruction it didnt damage the cover. Get a very good glass protector i got a $89.00 glass protector best buy will install it free if u bought it from them ( I believe ) i bought it from best buy then had troubles installing it so had them do it. Its an invaluable item imho. Well worth the $$ the stand is a handle so its really hard to drop it. Its also used to be a stand up unit for the s9 ultra which isnt cheap by no means but well worth the $$ just do it youll thank me for it later free shipping but just do a pick up take tablet w/ you have it installed free. & its its a very very durable case saved my tablet from drops several times will it protect from a drop on concrete not sure maybe maybe not but i do know ive dropped it on my teak flooring . Had a freak out but then smiled this thing is a true case protector. Get a very good not cheap glass protector . It never broke glass either. If you bought a s9 ultra get this. Dont think about a $89 glass protector or this case which isnt cheap either but both saved my s9 ultra many times . I use stand as a handle too, as its supposed to be used for. I use a padded slip case cover for it. Just do it. $$ very well spent ! Both glass & case. I got both during a black friday cyber minday sale so i saved some $$. Just a great investment. That s9 ultra isnt cheap either got that during a 1st release so got a upgraded storage 512 gb I think. Samsung tried a bait & switch on my black screened tablet threatened to take over my computer & shut it down i was ready by threatening them back by using my attorney & State Attorney General. They backed down got this for s9 ultra $1500 for $999 if not less $850. They also tried to scam me buying a glass protector but sent a cheap plastic one they delivered everything unsigned by fedex. That was enough for them not to have a case against me as both were to be signed for. Scammy samsung were beaten by their own game. Dont buy from samsung if you do get a new credit card so they cant just charge your card at will that was my credit cards recommendation. Then got my $$80+ back for the cheap screen protector as they delivered it unsigned. Bought a really good real glass protector $89.00 but got it on sale saved a few $$ then the case on sale $89.00 but on sale black friday saved a few $$ & this stand from best buy on cyber monday saved $10.00 or so. Both glass screen protector & tablet cover installed free by best buy Awsome. !!!
