will this phone work with Verizon or just AT&t null

It's a tablet not a phone. Can't make calls on it. It is tied to ATT data network.

Just to clarify, this is a Tablet, not a phone. This model SM-T817A is for At&t and they make this model for other cell companies. You just have to verify in the description that you select the one offered to Verizon. Sometimes they only come in white for a different carrier. For me only black was offered for at&t. I hope this helps.

Not just AT&T if you unlock the device, but it will not work with Verizon regardless of whether it is unlocked or not. Verizon uses CDMA technology, which is not supported by this Galaxy Tab S2. If you pay for this in full, you can contact AT&T to unlock the device for free. They will send you an unlock code in a few days after verifying the information.
