- Answer I am not completely sure on that but it does support GSM SIM cards to I would assume you could carry it over to other service providers, however I would still confirm this first due to the invest cost of the product.

- Answer The WiFi enabled tablets works with WiFI only and WiFi and 4G LTE enabled tablets works with both WIFi and cellular network.

- Answer I bought mine without a contract, and am able to use it with my shared data plan whenever I want. It cost $10/month, and I can remove it or add it anytime without a contract.
