A: No, this is a tablet not a phone. you can Skype with it but not normal phone calls.
A: I am not completely sure on that but it does support GSM SIM cards to I would assume you could carry it over to other service providers, however I would still confirm this first due to the invest cost of the product.
A: The WiFi enabled tablets works with WiFI only and WiFi and 4G LTE enabled tablets works with both WIFi and cellular network.
Q: what does the manufacturers warranty include, and how long is it?
A: I believe the warranty is 1 year as with most items. I have never had a samsung product go out on me and i love Samsung

A: It's a tablet not a phone. Can't make calls on it. It is tied to ATT data network.

A: No, you can not charge your iPod with this tablet.
