Only certain Samsung tablets have a pen, and I haven't seen an S2 with one. I think a certain other model has one, an A, which is lower resolution and everything. I considered that unit when I bought this one a year ago.

Mine -- Logitech keyboard and Insignia stylus both work great, hope that helps.

There is no pen there. Check for other models.

You can buy/use a standard stylus with this, but it does not have the special "stylus use detection" system that allows the tablet to ignore your hand touches and only react to the stylus. So this will not provide the same stylus functionality you're used to with the surface.
