There are several places to get help. 1. Owners Manual: on your tablet there is one under Settings 2. Classes: you can sign-up for classes, on the Samsung website. Look at the very end of the page, under education. 3. Online: Samsung website has a lot of great videos and YouTube has some videos too. 4. In Store: you can always ask a Samsung rep/ manager 5. Samsung Customer Service Representative: Good Luck!

They always have at least one or two very qualified individuals willing to answer any of your questions and give important information about your product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would just go back to that same store and ask if they have a Samsung Experience counter. Ours does and the Samsung rep there is absolutely great!
