“How can this price be justified at $599 when the Samsung tab Pro S is basically being sold for $699 with a 256GB SSD running Windows 10? This tablet, new or not, shouldn't be selling at this price point given the specs. What justifies this price?”

The beautiful OLED screen, it is more portable and faster (Android/ARM v.s. Windows), the S-Pen, and the keyboard is optional. Also slightly smaller so more portable. If you have a lot of Android apps and few Windows apps (note Office for Android is on the tablet), it is easier to stay with Android. If you have a lot of Windows specific stuff and it would give adequate performance, the ProS would be better - but you will be using the browser instead of apps for most things. One is like a sedan, one is like a truck, they both work, but it depends on what you will use them for.
