“There is conflicting information regarding LTE/cell/data & wifi. One said it has LTE/cell/data and another said it's wifi only, which is it? That is the determining factor in my decision. My old Samsung 10.1 has both but can no longer update OS or apps!”

Mine is only equipped with WiFi, but I think there is an option for cell access
