“Face Time Camera What models of Samsung Galaxy have a camera for face time? My old GalaxyTab 3 finally gave up...need to upgrade to 10 in. All info will be appreciated”

Androids in general do not have FaceTime, only apple devices do. Androids have hangouts which can do video chat but can't call someone with FaceTime or the other way around.

Samsung and android devices come with hangouts, it is very much like Face time but for androids. You can't use an android to Face time someone else or them to you. It was not designed like that.
