While a cellular connected model may be released later, none has been officially announced thus far, so the S6 Lite will only be Wi-Fi, no phone number and thus no mobile data available with it. The regular Tab S6 is available with Cellular but it doesn't look like Best Buy carries it, at least not yet, so you'd have to check with your carrier.
