Can this do everything that a ipad can do null

Runs Android. I have a ipad mini 3 and it does everything the mini does. PLUS memory is expandable and pen is included.

Theoretically, yes. It depends on the needs you demand from the device. Apple has slightly better security and usually better graphics. But you have more freedom with what you can do on Android devices because its an open sourced OS. That means there are more applications from a plethora of sources that may suit your needs better than the closed-sourced iOS or MacOS operating systems.
