Can you use text massaging on this tablet null

Not with THIS particular model as it is wifi only.

I did not buy mine with cellular service, but I linked it to my samsung phone which allows me to send/receive texts/calls thru my number. If you purchase the cellular version, you should be able to do this as a stand alone device.
