My only worry is that there are certain sites that you're not able to access on tablets like you can in regular laptops or desktops. Would this tablet have any issues in that department where it can't access certain sites because of it's flash player? null

when using a tablet or phone to access a site to get the full desktop site all you have to do is on the top right 3 dots click on it and then select or check mark the 'request full desktop site" and it will reload the full site. you do not need any app or anything else if the mobile site version is giving you issues.

Personally I use the Opera App and I can easily use any website that I want. I use the Desktop setting for this.
