• It appears as long as you have the S pen close to the screen, it disables the touch.

• no but it does come with a stylus for the hand writing feature

• Yes it does & it’s one of my favorite features, & the fact that the tablet includes the pen. The pen is also quite the handy too as well, it does so much more then just write notes.
