  • Questiondoes it come with a charger

    • Answer It comes with a power cord, but you have to provide the charger. I use a Samsung-approved 45W wall charger that I bought separately, and I charged up my tablet from 33% to 100% in about 90 minutes. Lower wattage chargers work, but charging times are significantly longer.

Please keep in mind that this device is Wi-Fi only, meaning you cannot add a SIM card. For your information, there are key differences in how calls and texts function between LTE and Bluetooth tablets. LTE tablets with an active SIM card or eSIM can send and receive calls and messages. On the other hand, Bluetooth tablets, as well as LTE tablets without active network service, can still make and receive calls and texts if they are connected to a Galaxy phone that has active service, connected to a Wi-Fi network, and signed into the same Samsung account. Since this tablet is a Wi-Fi only tablet, you will not be able to add service to this device. A Wi-Fi tablet can only connect to the internet via Wi-Fi and requires a wireless router to access the internet. It doesn't have a SIM card or eSIM, and can't connect to a mobile network using a data plan. You can connect to a hotspot if there is no Wi-Fi available. If you are looking for a tablet with LTE connectivity, we do offer another version the S9 FE with mobile connectivity available.
