No the S9 Plus requires the book cover keyboard specifically make for that device.  The S9 Plus is a smaller device that the S9 Ultra

I believe . But a better buy for the plus would probably be the slim Book cover Keyboard, no track pad. The S9 plus is smaller than the tab S9 ultra.

No, it's much larger than the one made for the Tab S9+, since the S9+ is a 12.4" tablet and the Ultra is a 14.6" tablet. You'd have to buy the one specifically for the S9+.
