• you can run any Windows 10 compatible software on this device. Intuit's website doesn't specifically say you can't use it on Windows 10. That's actually the best feature of this tablet - it runs all Windows software.

• Yes, although the difficult part will be loading the software, unless you can download it from somewhere. You'll need purchase an additional adapter to load software from a USB drive or CD-ROM.

• It runs full windows 10, so it should run any software you need. I would say yes, it should run your accounting software. It does not use a mobile operating system.
