Yes it can, as long as you purchase adapters. This computer has 2 thunderbolt ports, so you would need adapters to use USB or an HDMI cord.

Samsung adapter model # EE-PE700 has hdmi output. A similar model by J5 Create. Both are sold by Best Buy.

You should be able to with an adapter for a USB-C port to HDMI or VGA. There are no regular USB ports, just the USB-C. It does have Bluetooth, so you should be able to connect to a smart tv. I'm very happy with this tablet/laptop. The quality and speed is excellent, I highly recommend it.
