This will get a WiFi signal. If you don't have WiFi, maybe your ;phone can be used as a hot spot to provide WiFi for the tablet. That's what I do. There is no way to have it get a phone signal for internet otherwise.

Both the short answer and the long answer is YES. The Tabpro S will connect to any ISP which a Windows laptop or an Android tablet or android telephone will connect to. Caveat: I have no experience with Apple products which seem to march to a different drummer that the rest of the world.
