Unfortunately, this is a long process, you will be without watch for several months. First watch, sent in for repair, was not repaired, but was replaced. Received back over three months later.

All you need to do is connect Bluetooth headphones. Simply add and remove tracks to build the perfect playlist! If you prefer streaming, you can do that too with a Spotify premium account. This watch also automatically records your sleep using motion data or heart rate. You can use the Record REM sleep feature to manage how the watch measures your sleep. When the switch is on, your sleep stages will be measured based on your heart rate. When off, your sleep pattern will be measured based on body movement. ^Elizabeth

• A:Answer yes, you can use voice text, you can use a small keypad on the screen, including the option for a T9 keyboard, and you can even use a cool feature where you use your finger to write the words by drawing it out on the touch screen. You can also create pre-set messages for quick replies and so on. Hope that helps! (Also. Unless you have an LTE version smartwatch it should have to be connected to your phone via Bluetooth or connected remotely through the same wifi network in order to send messages)

• A:Answer it should be fairly straightforward but if you're having difficulty you can go to your widget settings and and it should be a feature/option to add as a widget when you swipe from the home screen. You can also access it through the Samsung Health app if you have downloaded that onto the watch. I tap on Samsung Health and scroll down to see all of the features and you should scroll to see heart rate as well (I took some photos that might give a better idea for what I'm referring to) Hope that helps a little!

• A:Answer It is compatible to the a10e since it connects via bluetooth. As far as this specific watch you dont need to have it connected to a carrier i use mine connected via bluetooth and wifi and it works justs fine.
