• UA edition is an international version and as such had no mfg warranty

• The only thing I have noticed is power on and watch face. When powering on after it shows Samsung Galaxy Active 2 it says Under Armour and it has the Under Armour watch face.

• The only real difference is that it it has UA watchface and comes with a subscription to the MapMyRun premium.
