Depending on how far you mean? Mine is iffy it sometimes is still connected when I leave my phone upstairs in my house and sometimes does not. If you want you can use the watch without your phone by connecting it with wifi. When I go to theme parks I text everyone to message me on Facebook because I am leaving my phone in the car and I use the wifi at the park with the watch you won't be able to call and text with your number but can still go on social media without your phone but you do have to either book mark Facebook for easier access and check it frequently has it will not alert you when you have a notification.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The connection is strong, but like any other watch you have to be within a certain feet of your phone. I keep my phone with me all the time on silent and the notifications come through right away with no issue.
