“I have the same watch i brought with the galaxy s10+ but on my watch 46mm my heart rate sensors dont go one its been about 16 days i had the watch”

• Did you take the plastic protector off of the sensor? Or do you wear the watch tight enough so that the sensors make contact wit your wrist. If that's not it return it.
