Believe me, dont buy one with a carrier. Unless you are planning to leave your phone behind and just using your smart watch then go ahead, but i dont recommend it. Just buy one without a plan. Just use bluetooth. You will save money in the watch and save money in a monthly basis.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mr. Nobody, The handsets are made with preset channels for GSM or CDMA phones which also includes the LTE tablets, LTE SMARTWATCHES and the likes. The watches have no removable Sim card and even though it says unlocked, the phone software of the watch must coincide with the carrier of choice. The T-Mobile/AT&T Galaxy watch version will not work on Verizon's network & vice-versa. The best that you might get would be to switch from Verizon to Sprint or one of the pay-as-you-go companies with a CDMA system. Sorry for such a letdown. Personally, I like the way the Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Note 9 integrate on my chosen network. As long as my phone is on, if I don't answer my Note 8, it will switch the call to my phone watch!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If I remember correctly you can unlock the sim carrier only issue is it will not work as well as with the original carrier. I believe I went through a similar situation where I ordered a Verizon watch and was sent an unlocked AT&T watch but the intergration was as if the watch was bluetooth. Unfortunately sucks that carriers dont let you swap in your watch but just to avoid this problem I just have bluetooth.
