• Well Donovan my man this your old friend tom just go to the Verizon store they can do it all for you service is about 10 dollars a month

• You must call 611 from your phone and they will have to activate it. They will send you an email with a QR code that you scan with your phone. It will take you to a site where you just pretty much give it permission to connect with your cellular plan. But if you don't scan the QR code then it will only work as a Bluetooth device not LTE. I have Verizon and mine works great without my phone.
